Buildings and army #

Each completed building contributes 5 × level × (level + 1) political power. Unfinished target levels do not count yet. Living stationed and eligible deployed troops contribute their unit's power value; casualties reduce the score. Training that has not completed is not a living unit.

Public standings are building-only #

Public individual and alliance leaderboards use the completed-building part of power, not the army component. A player's standing sums building points across cities; an alliance sums its counted members' building totals. Equal totals share the same displayed rank, and stable IDs order tied entries. A city political-power panel can still include army power, so its total need not equal the public ranking score.

Snapshots and history #

Public standings are paginated in stable browse snapshots, which expire after ten minutes. Daily recorded history is kept for 35 days; movement indicators compare with the recorded daily baseline, not a live army-value change. Administrative accounts are excluded. Political power itself does not multiply Damage or production.

Power per living unit #

These are the current server's army-power values, not public building-standing points. Equipment variants are listed separately: their ranking-power value is not inferred from their increased combat stats.
